FX140 Pressure Relief Valve Hose Locations
I have just completed engine rebuild on a 2003 FX140 Cruiser. While putting everything back together I noticed a discrepency between the service manual and the actual location of the hoses attached to the pressure relief valve.
I took photo's of everything before disassembly.
The attache photo shows the the three hoses as they are currently connected to the relief valve.
Top Hose is connected to the exhaust manifold
Middle Hose is connected to the oil tank
Bottom Hose is connected to the water inlet attached to the bottom of the exhaust (bottom right of photo)
However according to the service manual the hoses should be connected as follows
Top Hose connected to the exhaust manifold CORRECT
Middle Hose connected to the water inlet IS THIS CORRECT
Bottom Hose connected to the oil tank IS THIS CORRECT
Can anyone please confirm correct location of each hose
