1/8 on each side minus the wall thickness i dont think would be enough..

spd products...goods source .i get all my stainless from them they are cheaper than burns..i have my stuff on the way ..just need to get over and get my flanges cut...

funny i am about to make a headder..and going to do something like that ...with the water box even the 08 isnt that great..seadoo has a thing ..for crashing the exhaust into walls..the manifold does it and so do the waterboxes....

i am going to make 1 7/8 primary tubes to a 3 inch collector..all equal length..then do a reverse megaphone to 4 ..then have it go into a 4 inch u bend..where it would have crashed in the waterbox..at the back of th hull...then open up to a waterbox ..that tapers smothly down to a 3 inch then turns up ...connects to the rear exaust..up and over like the riva..but 3 inch.then to a r&d 3 inch tip...

all stainless aluminum seems to bust up with the exhaust pulses over time...

    something like this
