93 XP idles a bit low in water

Hi all... fabulous weekend coming up.. at least here in Texas.. some 95 degrees today.. anyway.. I have a nice 93 XP 650 motor...just had twin carbs rebuilit and complete service up in Austin Motorsports... runs like a scared rabbit...only issue i see is in water in no wake zone..idles a bit slow.. maybe 8-900 rpms on tach.. think it should be more like 1500 rpms... is this just a simple idle speed screw adjustment? runs great.. no sluggishness, plenty of top end speed... any suggestions... Have a great weekend..
