    clips on injectors

    i just got the 48 `s injectors and i cant fit the clips back in does anyone know about this

    They will fit just fine. They only go on one way and you have to hold the assembly together TIGHT so they go on correctly. Look at it closely and DONT drop them! In the picture you have that clip upside down as well.

    guys I change injectors all the time the injector is to big to put it around it

    Dude I JUST put those very same injectors in my ski! They work fine. You have the clip upside down in that picture!!

    I have a custom made fuel rail and run no clips on the injectors..I have no leaks what so ever..IF the rail tightens down all the way cycle the fuel pump and check for leaks..If it doesnt leak you should be good to go..IF it does leak you can add another injector O ring seal into the rail and this will help seal it off...Then you wont need the clips.

    But like Eric stated,,turn the clips..

    I lost one of the clips on one of my injectors(fell in the Hull) but have no leaks what so ever. i think as long as you tighten the bolts properly you should be fine.

    yea i just took the pic like that i see what it is the injector are a bit big but if u push real hard it goes in just makes mark on the injectors so there in thanks
