    RXP pump wedge question

So I bought all the speed upgrades for my rxp, and after testing It I realized I had the power, but I need the damn thing to stay in the water. So I bought the pro series blockoffs, a 2 degree pump wedge, and a impeller nose cone extension all at the same time. I waited a while to start to put everything on and now months later I dont think I have all the parts I need for the pump wedge. I have the actual circular wedge part. 2 long bolts. 1 short bolt, and 1 plastic round spacer type thing. Im thinking that there was supposed to be some kinda rod extension thing that i am missing. Is this correct? Is there anyway to just get that piece? I wanna get this ski in the water and would like to only have to pull the pump once if possible. thanks

You can run the wedge without the rod extension. However you will not be able to trim the bow of your ski as far as you would with the extension. Basically with the extension you can plant the front end in the water further.

Triming reverse bucket and getting the VTS extension should be an automatic. You will not be an optimum without either.

reverse trimmed is done. Would getting the VTS extension make up for this piece that I think im missing? Is it the same thing? I saw the longer vts extension rod at the store, and it looks different than the extension that comes with the reg wedge kit

    As long as you followed,

It sounds like the optional extension is the only thing you do not have right now.

The extension that comes with the kit is the steering extension.
