    Welcome to the Polaris world

Go over it thoroughly, top to bottom. Check every hose clamp and hose.

Make sure the wire harness is well secured and supported, so it does not flop around when the hull is bouncing over the waves.

Check/clean the water filters (inside the jet pump nozzle and exhaust water injection), and inside the thermostat housing.

How did you clean the injectors?
These Ficht RAM injectors are very different from the typical automotive fuel injectors, or even your Kawasaki injectors.

Note: The 1999 Genesis FFI injectors are different from the 2000-2004 Ficht injectors.

The EMM is also specific to the 1999 model.

Be careful to not damage the injectors. Do not over-torque the injector bolts, and make sure the injector is evenly torqued down on the head.
Are there any warning messages on the display?

What is the maximum sustained RPM at full throttle on the water? (should be around 6500RPM, give or take)

Check cylinder compression (all spark plugs out, throttle held wide open - should be within 5% highest to lowest)

Check fuel pressure (should be over 20PSI).

Check injector voltage with all injectors plugged and engine running (White/Red wire should be stable around 45 volts)

Check all small water cooling hoses for kinks or blockages.

Have a look at the links below for more info.

I just bought a Polaris PWC - what should I do?

Welcome aboard too. I am a big fan of K447's knowledge. I followed his links on my 2000 FI genesis and found small things that needed repaired and now I believe it's as reliable as any other machine out there and have never had one problem.

Check all the basics, of course.

My guess is that the TPS should be replaced. They cannot be properly bench tested, so the best test is to install a new one.

A bad TPS can generate all sorts of symptoms, including what you describe.

Well I have the Injectors working, they cleaned up good except for one that rattled bad so i replaced that one. The tps had a open so i replaced it and Everything seems fine, I found the bad TPS with a Lab scope.

Well, THAT is one way to test a TPS, if you happen to have an oscilloscope on hand

Glad you were able to find the problems

Do update this thread after you have water tested it.

    For others who may be following along, you can swap 1999 Ficht injectors without any problems. It is a different story for the 2000-2004 Ficht injectors;

Ficht FFI EMM compensation values are matched to specific injectors
