    Guage Install Pics

Thought i would post some pics of my install. Have not wired it up yet. I got the relay and all parts waiting.

I put my gauges in the glove box by the seat. From the factory the plastic is glossy black and holds all kinds of water spots and scratches. I used a textured satin black spray paint. I think it looks sweet. Gonna paint some other parts this color also I think.

I would keep the equalizer screw screwed in. If you unscrew it 1/2 turn like the manufacturer recommends to keep the gauge zeroed due to changes in atmospheric pressure the oil will leak out of the gauge and create a mess. You can call Autometer and they will send you more gauge fluid for free.

I always leave it screwed all the way in. Worse case it is off a little I equalize it but I havent had any problems.
