Fuel Mixture Settings On a FFI
Is it possible to use the WRENCH to adjust the fuel mixture on a Genesis FFI or is all that programed into the injectors themselves? My ski runs lean and I need to rich'n it up a bit. Or should I wait. I am going to put carbon fiber reeds into it. Anyway, thanks for any input on this one.

I'd give Jay at Atlantic Power Sports a call on that one, he'll know if there's a way to alter it. I'm pretty sure the injectors are calibrated to the control unit.

The injectors settings are read only .So need software from company whom sets up initial injectors and fuel settings .I believe it is a company called Wolf .Increase fuel pressure if you want to get a bit more in there .Close off butterflies a bit and keep TPS at full 100%.May take some rooting around (aussie slang for tedious work).

you could offset TPS (slot) and change map little bit OR try restior on air temp/you on you own as far as i know

Careful, cause each injector is individullay matched to each black box and each cylinder. Not interchangeable unless you have the knowledge and tools to re-calibrate.

Hey Bernie, how would one root around to get the TPS at 100%. The butterflies I think I understand. I did a little more digging and the injectors are programed to the box. FFI is nice in some ways but boy carbs are alot easier to work with. Thanks gang......

I would go with resistor on Air temp to fatten it up as it would be across the whole range .give it a colder setting right across the range .you can fix it with a set value if you wish the settings on the butterflies are difficult to control as the tps sends high signal early to the computer with low throttle opening .thus the butterflies would be retarded to tps readings .you need to make adaptor plate to achieve this and it is tedious .
