    Broken Baffles in Matrix Water Box

    Here is some pics of the internals of my waterbox which I just had to overhaul. You could here a rattle when it was sitting on the trailer and shook it from side to side. It was down on power as well. You can see in one of the pics the old tubes and the one that was broken in half. When I retubed it I welded all the ends of the tubes together so they support each other rather than them just hanging in mid air.

    Tell me about it. Its got 160 hrs on it now so I guess its about this time that small things will go wrong.

    Thanks guys, it was a mission getting it out and apart so I figured make it as strong as possible.
