R&D cold air intake and blow off valve filter kit

I plan on getting the R&D cold air intake filter and the two blow off valve filters. Will this modification make my blow off valves sound differently then stock? My question is will you get that air release noise when it "blows off"

Change valves...? You mean switching the entire unit out for an aftermarket BOV?

I think it does make a small difference because the stock setup has the hose that returns to the air box. However, you cant really hear it over the engine noise. You can definitely hear it with the seat off. I know what you mean though, it sounds badass when you hear the pressure relief.

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought it really would not make a difference. The engine will be a little louder from the cold air intake but I still will not see the blow off sound with this mod.

yes you do hear more suction noise and relief valve air noise but not the amplified bov noise bigeye was asking

bigeye could just pull the hoses from the valves and that would be the noise he heres then he wouldnt have to post and ask.
