03 GTX SC w/IC, C2 SC wheel. Safe?

I have a 03 GTX SC 185 thats due to hit the water soon possibly pushing the limits.

    Mods are -

    Removed flame arrestor
    Riva Gen 1 IC
    Thru hull exhaust
    Wedge
    Prop
    R&D C2 SC wheel
    Nopas

How safe of a setup do you think this is?

I'm going to do a 215 fuel pressure regulator. They used to be in the online store but i guess they didn't sell too much.

Thats also in a 215 turning 8000+ rpms. This will be turning 7600. So the boost should be less. I think the C2 says 8.5 psi so with 7600 rpms i can't see it being more than 7.
