Check this and if all looks good pull the charger and send i to Jerry before this becomes a very expensive mistake. That is if it already has'nt.

Very good advice, Jerry generally has a fast turn around on supercharger rebuilds/repairs.

Check your impeller they tend to slip on the shaft.
Torque it to 40 nm and use red or green loctite on the shaft.

Don't torque the clutch side to 40 nm,this will destroy the oiling channel in the shaft. (look at the pics )

Clutch side needs only 30 nm,and some red or green loctite.
    Did you check your slip?

Did you spray some oil in the oiling hole in the shaft to check if the oil comes out between the gear and clutch washers?

It's not so difficult to do,just make sure you work according the manual and nothing can't go wrong.

    Question

Do you have to reset the ecu every time you rebuild the s/c?
