GP800 only running on one cylnder... why?

My 98 GP800 is only firing on one cylinder. The rear spark plug looks brand new after the engine was run for over an hour, and the rear cylinder stays very cool to the touch. I have good compression (120 psi), i know i have fuel because the plug is wet with gas when you pull it out. I tested for spark and I have it. Now I am confused. I have fuel, compression, and spark; why no combustion? Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated.

switch for the other cylinders plug...a known good one.try another coil... may not be able to fire under load, breaking down..give it a fuel shot into the cylinder not alot but just to confirm fuel and not oil residue .possible interupt in cdi signal...check all your connections ,dry them out and regrease with a good electrical contact grease .

some more info: the rear cylinder is the one not firing. the plug wire from the rear will fire the front cylinder, but the wire from the front will not fire the rear. so both wires fire the front, and neither fire the rear.

my reeds are good, my carbs are good, so I'm thinking it must be electrical (bad cdi, coil?) it seems like it is firing only half the time. it should fire at both top dead center and bottom dead center, but for some reason it is only firing when the front is TDC and rear is BDC

    Possible bad:

    Pickup on stator assembly
Ignition Coil (there is only 1)
    CDI

    just my guess

my guess is not a reed ,compression is good and consistant with the other cylinder..
