Well this is what I found.........

Well thats just it........don't know what I found. I'm thinking all cyls look the same, maybe a little lean on #3, they all move up & down, they all move side to side the same all cyls look the same from taking the head off doesn't indicate anything wrong.

Well just don't know 90lbs compression on #3 120, 110, and 90. Took the carbs to just to see, reeds.ect.......everything looked good. Looks like last step is to take #3 cyl off. Another thing, how much oil is suppose to be in the bottom of the case? The ski I got from Willgpr is filled, my gpr when the crank bearing went had hardly any............ And another thing, about this tiny tack I put on my buddies ski, when the ski idels it says around 8200, and when I snap the throddel it says 16800? Thanks.

Burn looks great on all three. I'd say either a ringland issue, possible cylinder scoring.

What kind of heads, and has the engine been pressure tested?

Oil in the bottom is fairly common.
