    asm. wheel paddle.

My msx 150 has lost the asm. wheel paddle off the back of the unit. I say lost, but it seemed to fall apart. Would this make my pwc run differently? I say this because it seems to be going into limp mode. Other then the wheel paddle what should I check? Also where would be the best place to buy a new wheel paddle? Thanks for any info.

So I looked through a few parts dealers and I keep seeing this "OBSELETE PART NUMBER - NO LONGER AVAILABLE" for the asm. wheel paddle. If it does not say that it is left blank. So does this mean I cannot but this part? So what should I do now.

Look for a good used part.

The primary source wil be parted out MSX 110, MSX 150 and MSX 140 models. It was not used on any other Polaris PWC models.

Start with the classifieds on GH, and this one on eBay.

Search by part number, and part name.

    Polaris part number 2410344
Paddle Wheel for speedometer (Item 4 in the diagram)

Do you still have the parts from the old speed sensor?

I don't know whether the same part was used on other brands of PWC, like Sea-Doo or Yamaha.

    Paddle

How much would you pay for one???

Ya I have the unit still, but the little wheel part in the middle crumbled apart. I don't know why that would have happened. Any ideas why it would fall apart? Maybe from salt water, it is ran in salt water. I did see the one on ebay.

Watcon: As for how much I would pay for one? There is one on ebay for $29. So I guess that sounds like an ok price. You know of a better deal possibly?

    $29.00 is a good price

The E-bay one is your best bet...

    Thanks,
    Randy
