    MSX Battery Foam?

What is the best way to remove the battery box foam without destroying it?

Are you going to be using the MSX OEM size battery with the 4-Tec engine, or the larger size battery?

Al made a form and used waterproof 'water feature' black spray foam when he installed a larger battery in his Matrix.

Would a flexible wire saw do the job?

Once you get the wire threaded around the back of the foam, it should cut fairly easily.

A heated up serated blade steak knife would do a good job. Even not hot makes a pretty clean cut.
