DIY Turbo Manifold Adapters from Rad4Racing
Well i have started making a start on my turbo manifold and you can buy these adapters from Kevin at Rad4Racing/ Ski MD in New Zealand.
Comes with the stainless V Band Adapter for the log manifold and a Ring for the spacer for the other end.
The V band adapter inside diameter fits a 2.5" 1.6mm wall thickness pipe and the outside lip fits a 3" pipe.
Thus being your water jacket.
So what you do is make the 2.5" pipe up where you want it to go and then when your happy with that make a 3" exact copy and slide it over top and put the end spacer ring in the end and done.
I have done a couple of these now and this one took me about 2 hours make all up and i am by all means no fabricator.
I can now weld a turbo inlet flange straight to the end of it and weld on a couple of -8 weld-on fittings and i then have a waterjacketed manifold.
Now some of you will be saying what if im using a external wastegate.
Well what you can do is once its made is drill your wastegate tube size with a holesaw say 1.5". Just do the outside layer only.
Then drill with a hole saw 2.5" and you should cut out a perfect ring to slide back over your wastegate pipe once welded.
Then go back and finish drilling the 1.5" hole in to the exhaust and done
Will take some more pictures when i get the turbo back and in the boat.

When you order just say that you want a Turbo Manifold Adapter kit.
I cant remember the price but its well worth the money.
I usually just port match the inside of the flange to the ring.
I know a T3 flange is perfect fit and T25/28 is just a tad smaller.
Heres a pic of my previous turbo setup using the same adapters.

Just spoke to Kevin.
They are $260 USD for the adapter and block off ring.

Have had a few questions about this.
This is not a complete manifold.
This just gives you the bits to make a manifold alot easier.
Here is a picture. Does not include the Supercharger block off Bung.
