water in map sensor + throttle position sensor

ok i'm on my 3rd set of sensers, since i put the alloy intake manifold on, i have took the intercooler off and pressure tested it, all is fine, removed the 4" front air pipe, it has no leaks, i'm scrathing my head now as to why water is getting into the intake, has anyone come across this before?

Do these alloy manifolds condence at all? And push water in the sensors, when i put new sensors on the ski never misses a beat

what kind of interfcooler do u have? Gen 1 or gen II?
How much pressure did u put in it to test it?

Aluminum will condensate some, but shouldn't that much as to ruin sensors, unless it is stored in the A/C and taken outside to warm temps.

i took the intercooler off, put 40psi into the water side and filled the air side with water, there was'nt any bubbles, the cooler is faultless

the gen 1's were notorious for leaks.....

Tell u what, put it back on the ski, run it on the hose, with the discharge side open to the hull, and see if any water comes out . Rev it up a few times. Under boost it may expand enough to leak. U might have to try to drive it on the water to check the boost part, or on the trailer at a boat ramp.

Also, Make sure your intake manifold is completely dry (look inside with a flashlight) before u run it.

i think i may remove the supergharger in case the carbon seal is splashing water up and getting past the supercharger 4" adapter,
