You can certainly tow the PWC behind the boat.

However, before you do, install a shut-off valve in the water cooling feed hose from the jet pump to the engine when the engine is not running.

This is important to prevent to the exhaust system water injection from back flooding water into the engine.

Do not tow with the PWC engine running, unless there is a person on board to control the engine.

You can find more how-to details already posted in other threads.

You must ensure that you always remember to turn the valve ON for riding, and OFF for towing.

I have not seen it done, but perhaps you could configure a solenoid water valve to automatically turn the water on and off with the engine

It would be important to use a valve that did not restrict water flow, and did not overload the electrical system.

I also installed an eye bolt in the front bow hole with neoprene washers / fender washers to connect a snap hook to when towing. It is pretty hard for me to get at the recessed bow eye under the rub rail with the boat and ski in the water. I only tow at no wake speeds.....
