    warning light never goes out

    The warning light on my 96 sl 780 is on constantly even after 5 minutes of not running the machine. It must be drawing power and will eventualy drain the battery. I am not getting any flashing warnings, although it can be hard to tell as the MFD is barley readable any more.

    Any one know how to shut this light out and is it a concern that it is on in the first place.

    Thanks

    Ekmols

    There are only a few things that should trigger the red light;
    Low oil
    Low fuel
    Overheat

    Is there water inside the display?

    Can you read the warning message on the screen?

    You can unplug the connector from the back of the MFD to stop it from draining the battery.
