HMM. That clamp is located on the intercooler on the 215 models. Gotta wait for someone with an x to chime in.

Is there a "How To" posted anywhere on this topic? Maybe one with photos? I want to mod my intake manifold to get rid of my flame arrestor. But I'm not ready to go hacking into something that I can not afford to replace right now, unless I am confident that I know the steps.

The first one I did took maybe 1 1/2 hr. Second prob 30 min. Thats to remove the flame arrestor. Like Ocman said long flat blade screwdriver is the key. Once you get the manifold off, use the flat blade to cut the flame arrestor in half, or large pieces. Then use the pliers to kinda twist it up and pull it out. May come out in chunks but it will come out.
