Yamaha gpr 2 stroke speed database
Im going to make a speed chart for the 2 stroke GPR's. This was done in the conversion section. If you want to join, i need a list of your mods and best speeds. Reference the conversion speed database sticky. This includes triple pipes also. I will start the chart in order of the highest speeds first and will update it as new pm's come in. Please include your screenname , year of ski etc....i dont want to be editing every list so help me out. Please try and keep it to pm's, i want to keep this thread clean. Thanks

2000 Triple pipe 3mm stroker crank with 90mm pistons, Ben Herman porting, Custom B.H. Advent curve, Custom cut Riva Head, 155 psi across the board, True 48mm BlackJack carbs, SpeedWorks manifold, VF 3 reeds, 85mm nozzle, 15/26 prop at 7900 rpms, stock 800 grate, no tabs, B.H pump shoe mod, All my ski's run a Tweaked Jim's FF plate with angle at 1.10 plus
2000 GPR Single pipe 5mm stroker crank and 87mm pistons, ported Ben's motor, 190 psi across the board, custom advent curve, 33 degrees of timing at 1500rpms, 1390 cut Riva head, squish at 28 thous, cold pipe water induction, triple reverse cooling, 48mm BlackJack carbs and VF3 reeds, stock Yamaha D plate, Large Port Side Yamaha prop 18.5/27 thur 87mm nozzle at 7400 rpms, SS 800 grate, 1200 waterbox, Riva Blue FF tube
89.9mph, siezed 3 different times could not break 90mph.
2000 lowell ported 1460, 90mm pistons, custom cut Riva heads, 135psi, 141psi,145psi, Yam Boat prop, 7950rpm, riva modified plate, cut riva tabs,VF2, 48mm Blackjacks, Advent, 85mm 6 degree nozzle, modified 800 grate, and Factory triples, 1200 waterbox
2000 Single pipe special Factory Yamaha racing lightweight 4mm stroker crank built by Crank Works, 87 mm Ben's ported cylinders, custom cut pistons, stock cut 1390 head set 30 thous squish, raised cylinder setup for stroker, 175 psi, custom B.H. Advent curve, cold water pipe induction, JetWorks C plate small one, 48mm BlackJacks, VF3 reeds, 17.5/24 jet boat prop using 86.3 bored from a 85mm nozzle at 7550 rpms, 89.6 mph , SS 800, same motor in drag racing setup with 14/24 Dynafly at 7870 rpms and 85mm nozzle 87.1 mph, motor will spin between 8000 and 8100 rpms with small Dynafly prop with a single stock oem pipe.

1390 non power valve single pipe. 43mm Sonic Boom throttle bodies, 145 Psi, .035 squish, vf3s, Leos Wedge and holeshot kit, Jims plate, stainless 800 grate, 1200 waterbox, blue FF tube, custom cut 210 boat impeller, 87 nozzle. 85.1 @ 7300 rpms

2006' 1512 ported 89mm, triple piped,3mm stroke, basic setup as the 1390. Still tuning.....

Ski now has One 30 hp NOS and a second 60 hp NOS. No speed on both kit's Yet!
04 GP1300R, 1300 EFI single pipe, Tim Judge ported, 93 octane, Riva gas valves, VFIIIs, R&D heads, 4deg keyway, Riva controller, Jetworks, FF exh, Riva F/A, WFO mod R&D ride plate, R&D cut tabs, R&D sponsons, 14/25 Dynafly, 800 grate 82.6mph @ 7220
04 GP1390R, 1390 EFI single pipe, Lowell ported, 93 octane, Stock Gas Valves VFIIIs, Riva heads, 4deg keyway, Riva controller, Jetworks, FF exh, Riva F/A, Jim Ride plate, cut tabs, Stock sponsons, 14/25 Dynafly, 1200 grate 82.6mph @ 7400 RPM. 10 gallons of Gas ran on new motor, very rich, I need more Prop! It will go 85+ no NOS.
