The need for additional fuel is primarily driven by the boost (or SC wheel) being used
The reflash removes the ECUs boost limiter so you don't need the Powershot for that
I don't know if with a B1 SC wheel you need a Powershot for adding fuel at WOT or not (maybe someone else has tested this combination)
If you have a AFR sensor you could try it and see
If you don't have a AFR sensor it would be a good idea to get one

Tyson, are you able to call R&D? Talk to Glen if possible. He is very knowledgeable. He will have you check all your connections to make absolutely sure everything is hooked up correctly. Then if it is still not operating the way it should, he will have you send it back to them.
From the sound of it, it may not be hooked up correctly. But if it is, and it's just something wring with the unit, I am sure they will fix it.
I really think you need to talk to R&D on this one.
