just take a drill and drill through it !!! when you measure it let the rest of us know how thick it is. afterwards you could use some epoxy to close the hole. if you don't want to use epoxy glue then justleave the hole open and install a bilge pump.

depends on where you are talking about..i havent been through everywhere.but ..it seems to be between 1/4 and 1/2 inch averaging 3/8 its not as thick as you would think.. the inner hull bonds to the outer hull in spots..and the inner hull shape also adds to to its strength as well ..

these guys cutting all the inner hull out are gong to have a flexy flyers..and the thought..that one good wake could sink me . thanks but no thanks..insurance or not they wont cover all the mods i have done..here is the money for a used stock ski - your deductable ..

more interested in the area where the ski sits on the trailer, I had a bunk support smash into my RXT the other day when we hit a pot hole and put a nice big ding into the bottom of the hull, it didnt go the whole way through but its about 1/4'' deep, i have filled it with marine tex today 2 layers and will sand it smooth tomorrow, seems this stuff is gods gift to the jet ski world, least thats what i am told.

it is about 3/8 there..it has 2 spot where the inner hull bonds to the outer..one is just under the handle bars .under the foot well..and the other is in the rear near the exhaust..dont know how llong the tex stuff will stay ...i would be more apt to grind and fill with glass and smooth..there is some stuff called q cell that mixes with resin and makes a frosting if you will for filling smaller voids...then gel coat
