How To: Jump Seadoo across a sand bar!
I bet the jet pump and bottom of the hull are in GREAT shape on this seadoo! I came across this vid and figured you guys would get a kick out of it too!

Looks like fun. If I had an older ski like that I would do it too. Seen a guy in Panama City Beach FL about 15 years ago doing something like that, except without the board to help. He was leaving red paint from the bottom of the hull on the sand.

Done it many times on mudd and accidentally on sand bars I ride in Black water with no more than a foot of visibility and Oxbow bends. He needed more speed and he would have cleared it....LOL Just cause its old doesn't mean he doesn't love it just as much but it is lighter so those kind of maneuvers are easier. Do that on a 4stroke and youl get more than a scratched hull.
