    Exclamation changing jet pump oil

Does anyone have any information on how to change the jet pump oil on the 4-tec motor? I have read a few different things but it isnt clear which engine they are talking about and I am not sure if it is the same. Also have read that some come with grease from the factory, not oil. Just trying to learn before I tear into things. Also for the bearing where the driveshaft goes through the hull, what is recomended for that bearing?

This was my first year storing the boat at home and not at the marina so I have to do the service on it this time.

Venom, I have a 2003 4tec wake edition with the 155 . The pump is grease not oil, and depending on your hours it may be fine. you can remove the black plastic cone and make sure there is no water inside. I just replaced my pump and installed a new 11/19 Solas Concord and very happy with the results. ( no more cavitation ) 51 mph with a wake tower........Good luck.....
