    V-Force III Reeds

I'm looking at getting a set of V Force III reeds+cages for my 785. I have read up a bit on the delta force II and everyone seems to agree that there is a definite improved throttle response and general bottom to mid "quickness" about them. Wondering if anyone has used these new III models, and any general impressions? I'm not sure if to buy these new (they are pricey) or go for a set of good second hand II models. There is a claim of 6+ HP increase with III's but I don't know if there is any evidence behind that claim. Any thoughts?

    Here we go again......

How about a link to the reeds in question?

Technically they don't make VF 3 reeds for the Fuji engine. Only for the domestics.

However, there are 3 different V Force designs for the Fuji.

I know it's been covered before, as I mentioned I was ready to go with Force II when I saw this:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...TQ:MOTORS:1123

All triples and Fuji 780 (which also means 785) quoted.......

Are these latest new or what? I looked at the Tassinari site and couldn't find more info or the correct application.

The reed in that pic is a domestic VF3. Ask him for the actual photo of the reeds he's selling.

Most likely going to be the latest version.

That is a stiff price tag....

Weren't we discussing this way back in December? We decided that the Fuji's didn't have the option of VF3s.

Just looked at the site, looks like he is using a V3 pic but selling a V2 system. Domestic part numbers start with V3, Fuji is V2 and his listing is for the V2 part number........
