    High speed adjustment needle stops?

Ok, this I think is a dumb question. I am trying to make sure the high speed mixture screw is set correctly and it seems like the screw has built in stops of some kind. I cannot get a the screen to make one full rotation without hitting the stop. Am I doing something wrong?

Remove the stop, it just pulls off the low and/or high speed screws.
