    help with pump nose cone

okay what i have bought is a pump housing with a new stainless steel wear ring and the double bearing mod -- ( the pump came complete all but a nose cone ) i tryed to put my stock nose cone on from my other pump but the bearing mod won't allow the nose cone to set all the way down it has about a 1/16th gap all the way around -- i have called skat trak but all the techs where gone and ordered a nose cone from the girl that answered the phone there -- but it turns out that nose cone was smaller in diameter -- e-mailed the techs at skat trak asking if they had the proper nose cone but no answer -- does anyone have a idea where i can get a nose cone that doesn't set so far down into the pump ?

Grind or cut that stock one to fit bro. You have given them enough money

i said nose cone for lack of knowing the right name -- i have ground down and beveled the OEM cone but it pinched and cut the rubber o-ring (the new pump is a oil bath set up ) so when i tryed it out i had water mixed in with the oil lucky it was amsoil it can take up to 10% water and still protect -- the OEM still works on my old pump which I'm using now -- so i was hoping to get another cone so i had a complete back up pump

clean the oil off really good and use some right stuff to help seal it till you can get a new o ring... Then youll be able to use your new pump this weekend with no issues.
