Pump bearing 200 hours.when to replace
07 250 ultra coming up on 200 hours and still under warranty.
How can you tell if the pump bearing requires replacement? I have a few nicks on the impeller from a rocked sucked up. So I am going to send it
off to Improv for repair.
Should I replace the bearings? I guess if the impeller is being replaced,
the pump must come out. Wondering if I can get the bearing replaced under warranty while the impeller is being sent off for repair.
Appreciate point of view .

yes! replace the bearings (200 hours ), Call up Dave (Impros) and tell him to mod your 07 shaft for new dual bearing set up with nut. A piece of mind and great pre-maitenance
tell him Joe said hi.

Well that's great you've got that many hours and are enjoying your ski.
Good question if the warranty would cover that.
