Towing a 2010 RXT - What hose to pinch??

Is there a hose that I can pinch if I have to tow my RXT-X260? There's no mention of one in the manual and I don't see any hose with the red tape like my 2005 RXP had.

It hasn't fallen off the trailer again since I have the rear straps but my dealer still doesn't know anything about the I-Catch trailer recall or fix. They also don't know anything about a fix for the rear hatches leaking or the intermittent operation of the key.
I have 5 hours on my ski now and it's started to open up. I've hit 8100 rpm & 69 MPH. Couldn't quite make it say 70.

So I woud have to remove the Air Box to get at it. On the 2010 RXT you can't even see the SC.

Hose with the red tape (as someone previously pointed out) running from the back of the ski down the left side. It runs under the waterbox, and no, you don't have to remove the waterbox to get to it.

    PeeBee,

Do you have a picture of the hose location?

Also, are other people having problems with their removable ports on the "X" as well? I'll be picking my X up next weekend and asked the dealer to water test them to make sure they don't leak. He said he hasn't had a problem with them - but who knows!

    This thread should help: http://greenhulk.net/forums/showthre...ust+hose+clamp

Same concept, same location, etc. The pictures half way down the first page are of a ski with most of the backend pulled out. The waterbox is missing, but that's probably good since it lets you see the hose better.

Sorry the link didn't help; the hoses don't look anything like a 2010 RXT-x260. There is NO hose with red tape on it. If there were I wouldn’t be asking the question. There are 2 hoses running down the left side; 1 goes to the intercooler(has green stripe) and to the external hose connection; 1 goes to the IBR mechanism. Both are easily accessibly through the left rear hatch so it would be nice if one of these was the hose to pinch.

you need to GPS it not use the stock gauge to check your speed. Most seadoo skis they stop either at 69 or 70. the stock gauge will not go past it and they arent accurate. but im not sure on the new crafts good luck.
