Re-attaching Fuel Lines, Need Quick Help Pictures included

I am replacing the fuel lines on my 96 gsx and ran into trouble. Tape fell off two of my lines i marked and I am not sure where they go. The first is for the Reserve and On line to the fuel selector from the gas tank. The tank Looks like this

    (looking in from under seat)
    X O

    O X (Gas Tank)

    (Looking in from Hood)

Which one of the O's is the reserve and which one is the on to the fuel selector.

The second question is on my carbs. I have two lines at the very end of the mag carb that I am not sure where they go. I can't figure out which one connects to the little line coming off the engine? Here are the pics below.

    Thanks I appreciate the help!

Bottom circle is the pulse line from the engine case. Top is fuel in from the strainer cup.

Anytime man! It's been so long since I seen a set of stock carbs, had to run to my shop in the rain to confirm for you...

Just pull the plugs and pour it down the cylinders. Or prime the carbs wth air pressure through the return line. Remove off rear carb, and slightly pressurize. When fuel squirts out the "Y", you are primed.

Thanks Petron for that diagram exactly what i was looking for!
According to this diagram it has the bottom circle to the strainer cup and the top to the engine case. Is this correct? I double checked all my lines this morning and still no luck. I emptied my strainer cup and cleaned it out, and now i notice when i crank there is not a single drop of gas getting into the strainer cup. Should i just start checking one hose at a time to see if gas is making it out of it?

    Thanks!
