What should I look out for?

I have a 2008 Sea-Doo RXP 215, just bought it new Friday and was wondering what I should look for.

Only thing I have had happen was what I believe to be I sucked somthing up and it vibrated badly and would not go over 20 mph with low key in, but I shut it off and waited a second, started it and 2 hours later havent had it do it again. Anything at all I should be careful of?

when you suck something up, stop the machine right away and jump on the back to create pressure forward and start the beast back up after. it happens all the time and you have nothing to worry about

Will keep that in mind, hopefully I wont make a habbit of doing it, as for "the beast" we will have to wait another 7 hours to test that out, want to give it a good 10 hour break in to get it ready.

don't use the learner key to break her in, it seems to be the consensus around here

Guess that means I'll have to watch the RPMs closer, but thanks for the advice.

Just vary your rpm's with an occasional wide open burst during break-in.
