    43mm throttle body porn

Havent made a set of of these in awhile, and this set turned out fantastic.. 43mm bore, blades radiused, shafts trimmed and polished. Injector bores milled to lower injector in the bore. Flame arrestor mounting rings welded onto the velocity stacks.
These are the ticket for any 1390 and above...Stock bore is 40mm.

Ross- Just for comparison here is the bore on my 48mm Blackjack.

Compared to your 43mm TB's mine look like they need alot of work on the shaft & butterfly huh ????

If I had EFI I would buy a set of those.

    Thanks Ron
    Yea those 48s are huge.
The jacks have the shaft trimmed down nice but there is a little that could be done with the screws. I see a little transition lip protruding right below the flame arrestor adapter also. Details-details.. It all takes so much time..
