VTS Goes down but not up....
Is my VTS motor bad? I have checked all of myu fuses and they are good.
My other guess would be my harness going bad..
Anyone else had this problem before?

If all else checks out (up button, fuses, wiring, motor)... it's probably a bad relay in the VTS housing... and they are not replaceable

Yep... if a relay failed, you will need a new VTS module. It comes w/o the motor.
You can pull the motor out of the housing, and check it by hooking up the leads directly to a battery... then reverse the leads to make sure it moves the other way as well. Ohm out your up switch back at the module too. It the motor & switch check out good... you got a bad up relay in the module!

Ok, So I took the VTS motor out and still connected I hit my VTS up and down switch and it started working again....It was just stuck somehow. I put it back toghether and it's working as it should.

1996 Seadoo SPX
My worm screw was locking at end of travel to the sliding block, had to re-place that.
Motor had failed also froze. popped 7.5 & 5 amps. Went to U-pull-It and for $20 got
a passenger side window motor from a 1990 300ZX. It was pristene mint condition, all
I had to do was enlarge the four threaded mounting holes with a 1/4" drill bit. A perfect fit, gear & all! Then discovered the module failing, so $70 bucs to www.thetrimfix.com Zip-tied to existing cable loom, slit it 2" and used the three vts
switch wires, and powered direct from battery and used the provided in-line protection fuse assembly. The Slideing Block has a magnet on it that the rides in
the old module grove and old module sensor position wires (two brown) go to vts gauge. So my trouble caused by worm & slide block worn out, exterior boot failure. Bills86e

I have a problem with my VTS being stuck in the down position could that be the cause of so much drag and my rxp? Hell it feels like a 40% loss in power , but im still hitting about 7800rpm.
