Seadoo RXP Charger Upgrade C4 Monster Kit

    Hi

I have just had the C4 R&D Monster charger kit fitted to my otherwise stock 215bhp RXP. I have been told by the dealer that i dont need to uprate the stock intercooler for use with this kit however if in the future i wanted to it would offer gains.

I have fitted the kit under the guidance from the dealer that it shouldn't affect the reliabilty of the ski.

Does anyone have any experience of this kit in a similar situation in regard to both reliability and performance.

    All comments welcome,

    Cheers

I have no experience with this SCer upgrade, but I would think you will be running on the lean side.

It sounds like almost a X SCer performance wise. Maybe someone who has just put a X SCer on a otherwise stock 215RXP could chime in.

gonna need 42 lbs injectors with that wheel. that wheel moves almost as much air as an X charger, or so it says, it definitely has more air flow then a S3 wheel.

Thanks for all your comments! In regard to 42's ive been told by my delaer who fitted the kit that it wouldn't be necessary. I have enquired elsewhere to and have had the same advice.

Could i risk damaging the engine by not running 42's??

My mechanical knowledge is fairly basic so i much appreciate your comments.

    Cheers

U will blow it up, the stock ECU and 38s can only handle about 9.5 lbs of boost before it is to lean and pops a hole in a piston. Dont ever listen to the dealer about performance parts, they dont know crap!!!
