What size impeller? I just put in a x charger with 42's and I've got a 15/20r with 82mm ring and some other stuff I'm hoping I don't have to repitch my impeller

the 14/19 seems to be the prop for that setup but some are running the 15/20 and pulling 1 or 2 mm out of it.

prop is 14-,19 when you have aftermarket intercooler 15-20 will be great just see your rpms if your at 8000-8100plus your good.next mods willbe xs ic-fuel reg

    Re: xcharger 4inchair,42greeninjectors

I've got an external intercooler In my setup I think I should be fine with the 15/20r and 82mm ring but won't find out until I test it the riva stage two uses the 15/20 with only 8-9 lbs of boost with stock 83mm nozzle so I figure with 9.8-11 and a 82mm ring it should be close to 8100

Mines waiting to go on. Can't wait. How was the acceleration difference over stock?

JD1 told me if I run my stock 215 IC like I plan too 38's are all that is needed.

    Re: xcharger 4inchair,42greeninjectors

I noticed big acceleration difference over the 6-7lb 215 charger I'm still breaking in my new motor so haven't really taken her to the top yet but it accelerates really well. I'm not sure about the 38's with stock intercooler if someones done it and the afr is good then they should be good you usually lose about a pound of boost with a stock ic so it would be like running a gen 2 stage 2 impeller with ex ic so I'd say 38's would be good

I notice you have added a intercooler, you need more fuel than just 42s with the x charger and external IC esspecially as you are running air intake and exhaust.

I needed 72psi fuel pressure to be safe with 42s and the X charger with XS cooler. Riva RRFPR will sort you out. R88

Really? That sucks that's why I didn't go with the pro series x, so I'm gunna have to put a regulator and get a afr gauge to tune it or is 72 pretty much where it needs to be?

I think most guys needed about 70 psi in the states but im in the UK so needed a little more to be safe. I would say that in florida you would be safe at 70psi.

All you need to make sure is that your RRFPR rises with boost, Set it at 60 and see what it rises to at WOT assuming you get 10-11psi boost which is about where it should be for a X charger at 8100 rpm you should see 10-11psi rise in fuel pressure.

Dont just assume your reg will work, as some of us had issues with the turbosmart reg that used to be sold in the store however I believe that the Riva reg that is availible now is working well. R88
