Exhaust Options? Free Flow / Pirhana / Rotax Racing
Ok...so I've been searching for a while now, and I haven't found anything which answers my question.
I've narrowed it down to these:
- Free Flow (Riva or other brand ...or regular pipe)
- Pirhana Silicone Thru-hull Exhaust ...anyone try this? Any good?
- Rotax Racing Power Flow Exhaust (stock tunnel Exhaust)
I'd like opinions on those...and where to get them. I searched for the RR Power Flow / Power Pipe (whatever it's called) but couldn't find it anywhere for purchase or even a picture of it!
Anyway...I dunno what to do, I'd prefer not to drill a hole but the Pirhana one looks mighty cool.
If you have a sound clip of the Rotax Racing Power Flow I wanna hear it!!

id like to know how to do a regular pipe job. cheap and quick- its not a thru hull but better than not having anything at all.

My bro put it in his GTX 155 without having to cut it down. Others have said they cut it to make it fit better. I have one of these for my RXP-X but haven't installed it yet....that's the project for this weekend.

I just bought the thing I knew people had used. I also bought 2, so shipping wasn't that bad for me. only like $4 more for the second one.

selling that second one?
yeah i think if i find the right size stuff itd be just fine. im not sure what the long term effects are to the gal. steel

If you ride in salt water I'd stay away from the galv steel all together. If only fresh water then I'd consider it. Someone else on here was using galv steel tubing in place of the resonator without any problem.

nope...second one is my bro's.
personally, I'd try and find aluminum or stainless...

From my own findings just keep in mind that most of any of the exhaust mods gain you very little if any power. Its more about sound IMO.
The rear exhaust options clear out the hull and look very clean when installed...
