    High Quality Intercooler

Found these intercoolers on EBAY and as far as I can make out they are using a Garrett Core in thes units with all cast end tanks and boost tanks

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Preci...Q5fAccessories

I would Say that these intercoolers are prob about he best on the market for our skis, the Garrett cores are very good and being that they have cast tanks you will not be getting any swelling issues.

Says something 1000hp is no joke. I would buy 1 myself but I can get the core and have the facilty to get her welded up for free so Ill be making my own very soon. R88

Very nice, but pricey. I guess you have to pay to play, but with me riding in salt water and the inevitable corrosion that will occur, I will have to go with a cheaper option.

I agree on the salt water you do have to very carefull and make sure you flush very well after evry ride.

That intercooler is cheap, for what it is, rivas gen 1 IC was over a 1000 bucks and the gen 2 is like 806 from seadoo.

For most riders you wouldnt see much gain with this IC its only neccersary if you are running high boost 15+psi and if your running log periods of WOT or riding very hard as in CC racing, in these cases you need a IC that can keep your intake temps down and consistant a XS cooler will get hot over a period of time and lose alot of its efficiency.

I see they carried 1 (2?) XS errors over into that design. The fundamental error is the water inlet and outlets are right in the middle. So, the air will not automatically purge and the water will not automatically drain unless you mount it vertically. Notice that all high points in the OEM water system and vented and all low points have a drain line. The vent makes sure everything is full of water, while the drain prevents cold-weather freeze fractures and also corrosion due to stagnant salt-water.

good point but with a vent line added these would be awsome. R88

They are heavy duty looking intercooler. If I ever need to replace one, I think I will get one of these.
