    69.9 mph with a stock '06 RXP

    Dear all,

Sunday I tuched 69.9 mph on my bone stock 2006 RXP measured with a Garmin Legend GPS.
    Air temp 60 F and water 59 F.
I tryed and tryed and sweared god to break 70 but had no luck.
    Are those numbers OK???

    Very good numbers!

That cold water temp is helping you out.

I was very impressed over the low end power that RXT makes !

You need to let Jerry hook you up with a little 4-tec magic

Just wondering how much you weight? As the most of us are guys I feel like I can ask you that with out getting a smack in the face, lol . I am sure there has to be a noticeable difference between a 170-pound rider vs. some of us that weight in a bit on the heaver side.

I don't think 89 was the engine temp. Is that the number the E TEMP displayed, because if it is, thats the exterior temperature not engine temperature.

Nice numbers. A buddy of mine has an 04 RXP on my lake that myself and him have ridden to 69.9 on GPS many many times with a peak speed of 70.3. All numbers were during the dead of summer here in NC. 90+ degrees and 80+% humidity. Runs dead even with my lightly modded 1200R.

BTW, the owner weighs 210 lbs. and was the one to obtain the 70.3. I am 150 and could only get 69.9.
