    reduction nozzle rings question

Has anyone ever tried using an 85mm ring on a rxp 215 or rxt 215? I know most people go for the 82mm or 81mm as it is smaller than stock and can provide more top end, but what if you are wanting more hole shot and don't mind sacrificing top end?

In order to get more top speed with some minor mods liek 4" air kit Riva intake grate 2* pump wedge, would it be better to do a different reduction nozzle or bend the prop to get the right RPMs and top speed?
