well done make sure you fit both one to the pulley one to the holder you are about to make but only remove one bolt at a time out of the rear shaft holder and install longer bolts with lock nuts.

... all done! ... 1st attempt @ this and by no means easy but requires alot of patience!... the belts r very tight but have readjusted the idler tensioner and all looks good 2 go!... in hindsight i guess i probably should've stuck with the oem belt... c how it goes!... followed the k-tech instructions and my only issue was sliding the motor forwards 2 sip the belt thru.... ended up just standing over the ski and with both hands wigglin it free from the shaft!... took me bout 2hrs!.... i think it wil b much easier second time.... happy 2 say after removing exhaust elbow had a sticky beek inside and everything looks perfect... no corrosion! .... now just waiting on the the pump... doing the 2010 double bearing and coonas mod!... timing advance done!.... cant wait 2 get this baby out on the water!.... hoping 2 c 8000+ rpms and 70+mph...
