Mine did that as well. After looking and looking and looking for weeks I finally just let it go since it was a small amount. Hope you find yours.

I have the same thing, though I see it in the back.... and as ShoBiz said, I just let it go.
I thought (and still think) it might be coming from my drain plug gasket, as the water only shows up after I beach the ski for awhile. Its very difficult to tighten those screws because the nut turns inside the ski also, so you can't tighten it.
I am having silicon put around/on the gasket to at least eliminate the possibility that its coming from there.

No water in the back? Only in the front?

if it was a major cooling line leak. you would have alot of water.

My fzr is stock and I always have a little water (about half an inch) under the engine. I would say its a combination of water that gets in during riding and water from when I wash down the ski/ engine compartment.

A tip I have is when you are storing the ski with the cover on, prop open the front seat so air can circulate. The cover keeps the heat in and a lot of the water will evaporate in a short while.
