    06 RXT paddle wheel

I've been wondering why the paddle wheel has 3 wires. It doesn't have water temp available does it?
I thought the temp display came from a sensor up on the handle bar, by the warning horn.

Yes the water temp sensor is there also. Water temp sensor in the handlebars? Is your ski a submarine? The sensor needs to be in the water to know the temp of the water.

I'm not nutz. Dealer told me (shouldn't of listened) display was only air temp. If you look by the warning horn holes on the handlebar you will see the symbol for water temp. (2006 RXT) That's why I couldn't figure it out.
Nice to know the temp display is coming from the paddle wheel and it's water temp. Makes more sence.

OK 2006 has new display and doesn't have the ability to switch between E and L temp.

    Thanks guys.
