Thrown rod. Lots of damage. What should I do?

I got water in the engine last year 2005 GTX Std. Thought it would be OK and didn't ride much (10 hrs or so). First time out this year my son was riding and &^%$!

    Damage I know for sure:

Block, balance shaft, starter, bent valves on piston that rod broke, piston and rod. Not sure about the crank. It looks ok but I need to take to a shop I suppose. Two other pistons and rods look ok. No debris got into the oil. As you would expect everything else, oil pump, water pump, etc look fine.

I know SBT charges extra for the unusable cores but not sure exactly how much. I have everything apart and feel I could reassemble the engine but parts are a lot more expensive new than I thought they would be.

    Any suggestions?

I was thinking SBT motor but need to find a salavageable block for a core. Not sure that I want to go through complete assembly of block by myself.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

I think most on here will tell you to avoid SBT rebuilds and to avoid there parts if you rebuild your own.
