The one with the pink arrow looks to be the battery vent tube. There is a nipple on the battery for venting the gasses, assuming you're still using a conventional liquid acid battery.
The yellow arrow looks to be the speedometer pitot tube that leads to the MFD to show your speed.

The 'Yellow arrow' tube connects to a small plastic nipple below the drive shaft. It connects the MFD speedometer pressure sensor (nipple on the back of the MFD) with the pitot fin that sits in the pump tunnel water stream, just inside the intake grate.
The other hose (red arrow in your photo) is used when you have a traditional lead-acid battery, which has a vent nipple on the battery. The hose connects the battery vent to the outside of the hull, via a rubber vent fitting near the base of the steering.
If you have a modern AGM sealed battery, then the battery does not have a vent, and the vent hose can just lay in the hull.
