    Question?

So i posted this question on PWCtoday and just got bashed!!! I was wondering if anyone knows how had the loudest aftermarket waterbox? I have a Hotseat on my Hurricane and it's pretty loud. I just sold my 98 Pro785 (which had a TDR box on it. was pretty quite) to buy a Pro1200 and will be looking for a water box for it. Does anything out there make the ski's loud like snowmobiles with cans/pipes on them. I only ride on a Private man made lake on my 120 arcers. Any help would be great. please if you don't like loud skis thats fine but i do.

    THANKS

    I don't like loud PWC.

The loudest would be a straight pipe out the back, above the water line.

The waterbox is not just about sound control. It also affects how the engine runs. These 2-stroke engines can be greatly affected by a poorly chosen exhaust system.

Aftermarket pipes can and do sound alot like a dirtbike with a expansion chamber. The waterbox can be loud. I'm running a Pro 1200 TDR box on my Converted MSX running a 1200,It's louder then stock, but not a rap-rap-rap of a YZ250 bike.

I would say Hot Seat makes the loudest waterbox for the pro.

I really don't want to straight pipe it or do a PVC conversion, I don't need it stupid loud. Still want to enjoy riding it. Has anyone heard of HSP water boxes???

    waterboxes

tdr makes 2 styles baffled and non baffled, the non baffled are too loud for rec riding.as far as i know hsp never made a waterbox for a pro1200 with the stock exhaust, but the 785 one could be made to fit with the triple pipes.the pro1200 weighs 525lbs,what does a pro785 weigh??

Another good reason not go to that site.
If you are on your own property, you can do what ever the hell you want to do.If your neighbors don't complain, who's to say otherwise.

The stock exhaust on the 785, had a collecter at the front of the craft, than the water box at the rear. I think all that exhaust will make it quiter.

The stock 1200 uses a single pipe like the Hurricane, and I think it will be just as loud.

Yeah i am done with that site they can go where the sun don't shine. only reason i went there is because i could post on the for sale treads right away and was parting out a SLX 780

I think i'll try a Hot seat pipe if i can find one
