R & D or Vilder Racing f/a's
I am running a level 1 kit in my stx-r with the stock f/a airbox only. I have the Prok & Vilder racing f/a sitting in the garage. Would either or these be ok to run with this set-up? I have the stock cv carbs also.

knowing youve been on skiworx website the answer is simple unless ur looking to blow that hog up. call steve see what turn around time is to have him mod your carbs so u can safely run aftermarket filters do that and go from there if the turn around is to long for you post a wtb i know i purchased a prop not to long ago from someone on this site i forget his name but he said he had a set of modded skiworx carbs he would sell.

Thanks for the advice. glad to know that I avoided some damage. I have e-mailed Steve, but no answer. I'm sure that he is busy again. I sent him my carbs & heads. I can see where the heads were ground, but I could not see what was done with the carbs. I am pretty sure that they have the same size jets in them as when I sent them? He may have made changes to them that I cannot see?

The changes made cant be seen externaly. I belive the f/a may be what he actually has to mod to work with the cv carbs. I have always used the mod stock f/a with the cv carbs myself

I have the stock f/a coming. I am going to duplicate it with the one I have on the other ski. It had the "guts" removed and some strategically placed holes drilled in the f/a case. Thanks guys.
