will 91 degree lake temp cause significant decrease in rpm?

went out yesterday and water was luke warm along with 90% humidity. a couple weeks ago i was seeing 7950 rpm after i got my oil level under control. yesterday all i could get was 7600. just hoping the temp of the lake and humidity had something to do with it.

    opinions?

The heat of the water and air is definately a strong factor.
