    R&D 2.5 wedge ??????????????

    me and troyheb installed the r&d wedge and the steering is harder to turn now, it feels like its in the handle bars where the extention hooks up to the handlebars also i looked in the back to see if something is binding, anyone else having this problem

    Yeah that extension is not the greatest. I ran a bolt thru the steering arm and tighten a nut on, then hooked up the extension, then double lock nutted it with lock-tite just tight enough not to bind.

    Also, make sure your steering cable is attached on the low side of the steering nozzle.

    When we installed everything all we did was checked to make sure the streering and nozzle were straight.Jason told me he checked and nothing was binding in the back. I was wondering why they did not just use an exstension on the back of the steering cable like Riva?

    Being a little too cheap maybe. Or maybe thought a little thread extension would break and they would be sued.
